One sunday, when Stone's was closed, we were passing through Santaquin and my idler pully fell off of my car. Stone's was the only one to answer, and not only got us a new pully but installed it in a gas station parking lot expecting nothing in return. Good people. God Bless Stone's Auto Repair!
The estimate they gave us was much smaller than the actual cost. They told us we were looking at roughly $700 in repairs and then when they called to let us know the vehicle was repaired and ready to pick up, the price had jumped to over $2900. I had asked them to please keep me updated with any repairs and the cost of those repairs. When my husband called to ask about the higher price, they claimed that he had said to "do what needed to be done to get it working" and they took that to mean they should replace parts that weren't even in need of being replaced yet. We have since found a new diesel mechanic.
These guys are honest and kind! I truly loved the service they did on my car. They are WONDERFUL! I would recommend them to anyone needing car repair.
