I absolutely couldn't be happier with this office. I had two really terrible experiences with root canals done by another dentist back in 2014 and 2015 and have been totally anxious about going in for any other work to the point where I had some pretty major tooth pain for several months before I finally gave in and went to Salem Smiles after seeing them repeatedly recommended by other people in the area. I opted to have the offending tooth extracted by Dr Hulse, and asked him a couple of questions about some other minor work I need taken care of. He was super friendly, explained everything in perfect detail, and was extremely good at what he does. I didn't feel any pain at any point while he was working on my tooth and I was literally only in the office for all of 25 minutes. I never felt rushed in any way, it was just really nice to have somebody quick and efficient taking care of me. I feel better the day after this extraction than I've felt in months. Honestly they are just the best. The assistants are great, and so are the dentists. The secretary's are also amazing. I had a situation that I was really stressed about and the secretary's helped make it work out for me. I stressed for nothing, but the same issue would have been a huge problem at any other dentists office. I stopped going other places a long time ago, because Salem Smiles is the absolute best. I don't even live in Salem, I just love this dentists office.
Amazing staff! They had my timid 5 yr old at ease immediately. Really fun waiting room and caring and knowledgeable dentist. We won't go anywhere else from now on.
Friendly and wonderful staff, dentist is fantastic. He refilled some old fillings and the color matches much better now. Salem smiles gained a new patient today. Thank you for a great experience
